Today I would like tell you about a form of commercial who is really popular in Japan. All know Japanese commercials from TV or Internet...yeah they are strangers. The best (the funniest) commercials for me are with Arnold Schwarzenegger who advertised the energy drink "Bwain". These commercials can be really stupid sometimes, but maybe you just need to watch them with distance. Another that I like is "Consome panchi" (chips). I watched once time a commercial with guy who had got bananas on his head and another commercial of instant soup and chewing gum with Toma Ikuta (mz favourite Japanese actor). I would like tell you too about another form of Japanese commercial, "Chindonya". It is a group of musicians, dressed in a trashy way. They advertise products outside the store who hired them for advertising.

Anime cont.

Today I would like to present you anime Fairy Tail which I love because it's a simple and fun. 
 The action takes place in the magical world (Fiore), where a lot of magicians. Wizards are members of the guilds, in which they work by performing various orders of "normal" people. This is the story of a girl (Lucy), who as a child wanted to be a member of the guild, which is called Fairy Tail. 

Now she is about 15 years, runs away from home and meets accidentally one of the magicians belonging to Fairy Tail. Natsu with his friend Happy (blue cat that can fly) save Lucy from the traffickers of women. Now, Lucy is a member of Fairy Tail, knows other magicians who are crazy. It is one of the strongest guilds in Fiore, but also the least liked by the Council of Wizards, because the magicians of Fairy Tail  are able to destroy e.g. city...

 

 The main characters of the anime : Erza, Lucy, Happy, Natsu, Gray.

Japan week in Poznan

Poznan as one of the student's cities in Poland, is working overtime to give them a lot of fun. Last week was a Japanese festival. This event lasted from Saturday(19.10) to Thursday(24.10). Every evening We could watch the Japanese movies (only for 1 PLN) such as Rashomon of Akira Kurosawa, The Ballad of Narayama of Shohei Imamura, My Neighbor Totoro of Hayao Miyazaki (it was kawaii :)), Departures of Yojiro Takita (the best movie for me), Jiro Dreams of Sushi, documentary movie directed by David Gelb and Zatoichi of Takeshi Kitano. From Saturday to Monday the artists from Japan gave shows on the stage (Japanese swordsmanship, traditional dances, drumming, art establishment a kimono). Moreover, every one could participate in workshops on calligraphy and origami for FREE!!! One of the busiest events was the tea ceremony, of course I participated in it and I was the happiest person on earth that I did it :) 

If I compare the organization of the festival in Poznan and Torun, I can tell You that Poznan wins!

Hello everyone :)

I created this blog to share with you my passion for Japanease culture. Why Japan ? I think it's easy, because this country is as far away that can fascinate :)

My fascination of this country started from watching anime. When I saw Naruto, I began to look for others, and I can not stop until now :P

For this moment I watch Hetalia Axis Powers which I recommend to your attention. It's anime based on the manga (the comic book). The action focuses on the history of the War World II. The heroes are the countries which are presented in a fun way. Each behaves like a stereotypical member of a country. Italy says all the time about pasta, Germany has a beautiful Aryan looks, Japan is polite and mysterious, and France thinks only about love.
